The first stage of seekingGood is to, individually and collectively, determine the nature of Good. To do this, we need to establish a knowledge base consisting of (1) information regarding current events (“news”) but also (2) guidance for our theoretical concepts best gleaned from those who have come before us. Below is a list of resources of both types. The list is dynamic, changing as new sources are discovered and as certain sources are deemed to lack usefulness or unreliability. The Associated Press is an independent, not-for-profit news cooperative with teams in over 100 countries. The AP focuses on the world’s stories, from breaking news to investigative reporting.

truthdig! is dedicated to reporting on current issues that are insufficiently covered by mainstream media. The website’s mission is to dig beneath the headlines, provide expert reporting and commentary and offer an outlet for original work by exceptional journalists.
